General Information
- Check-in is after 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out is prior to 11:00 a.m.
- 50% deposit is required with all reservations
- Rooms are made ready for your arrival with clean sheets, towels, dishes and some cookware.
- Housekeeping is not provided daily
- Upon arrival, you may check in at the Faherty's at 45 Rocky Neck Avenue.
- Ask about special discounts for extended stays (3 weeks or longer)
Cancellation Policy
We will make every effort to rent your accommodations and will retain only the portion of your deposit which represents an actual loss to us, plus a $25.00 bookkeeping fee. This policy is necessary because a limited number of accommodations are available.
